PTA Monthly Meetings

PTA  monthly meetings, which we call working meetings, are held typically around mid month. At these meetings an update from the principal is given, as well as from staff liaisons and the various committees in our parent community and PTA.  Collaboration, advocacy and strategy often spur breakout sessions on relevant topics, initiatives, etc. These monthly meetings are open - anyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend. Subscribe to our calendar to keep on top of our meeting schedule. 

Meeting Agendas & Minutes

The agenda for all PTA meetings is set 7 days in advance of the meetings scheduled date. Please contact the PTA President if you have an item you'd like placed on the agenda.

Adams General Meetings

General meetings are held once each trimester. A State of Adams is given by the principal at these meetings.  It is a great time for all parents to catch up with the big things going on at Adams and to ask questions about various programs and activities. General meetings are open - anyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend. You'll find meeting dates on our the home page calendar and newsletter.

PTA Budget Information

The PTA budgeting process is open to all. Every winter/early spring we invite anyone to attend our budget planning for the following year. The budget is provided at the Spring General meeting and voted on at the Fall General meeting for that school year. For the 2023/2023 school year we will begin providing monthly budget reports. Contact the Treasurer with questions.
