Digital Back-To-School Packet

At the start of each school year every Adams family receives an informational packet provided by the school and PTA. This packet includes essential forms and detailed information regarding the school year.  For the 2020/21 school year Seattle Public Schools has decided to start the school year with remote learning. We are therefore providing this packet digitally. All forms can be completed digitally below. If you prefer a mailed copy of the packet please submit the request form at the bottom of this page

Grade Reps

The Adams PTA has parents from each grade who act as liaisons to the PTA and our principal. These volunteers disseminate information, answer questions (or find the answers to questions!), build community and act as resources for any concerns you may have. In addition to the reps, each grade has a mailing list; these lists are used to provide PTA & school info to families, and to share activities and events for the families in your grade.

Adams Newsletter

The Adams School Newsletter is a great way to keep informed on school events, volunteer opportunities, and special announcements.
If you are not yet signed up to receive the newsletter please do so by filling out the form on the right.

Become a Member!

Why does your membership matter? The obvious answer is that your membership directly impacts our students by supporting our many programs and events. What you may not know is that the PTA is, above all else, an advocacy organization. In fact, the national PTA is the oldest child advocacy organization in the United States, and is responsible for many of the child-focused programs, laws, and guidelines that we as parents often take for granted.
If you have questions regarding membership please email our PTA membership chair.
Click on the following link and select from the following membership options:
  • Dual membership $25
  • Single membership $15

  • Classroom supplies

  • Field trips
